Please read your diversion/probation order to determine if you have a deadline by which date you must provide documentation of your participation in the VIP. ALSO-- some court systems may not approve the on-line version of the VIP, so please check with your monitor or the Court associated with your situation before you register for the on-line presentation.
Note-- Choices is not part of the Victim Impact Panel; Choices staff cannot accept payment for the VIP, and will not provide further direction to the program sites. Please go to the madd.org website link, above, for further assistance. Your proof of attendance certificate will be provided to you directly after finishing the program, whether online or in person. Choices' advice; Make a copy of your certificate/receipt for your own records, then be sure to turn in your certificate of completion to your diversion/probation officer or monitor as soon as possible-- The longer you hold on to that documentation, the greater the possibility it may become lost or destroyed!
